EagleBridge Capital is a privately-held independent commercial mortgage intermediary and advisory firm that arranges mortgage financing for office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hospitality and special-use properties.
The Principals of the firm have over 50 years of experience in this field with family roots and relationships dating back more than 40 years. We have arranged in excess of $3 Billion of commercial mortgages throughout the US since 1994.
Our role in a transaction is to access the capital markets on our client’s behalf to originate and deliver the most competitive financing terms available. As a team, we work closely with each client to fully understand their short and long-term objectives to identify the most appropriate source of capital for their transaction. Every financing request is formally presented and delivered to a targeted group of lenders through our extensive network of capital sources. Our process creates a competitive environment among lenders who compete for each loan, resulting in maximum market exposure and favorable terms for our clients.
As a trusted advisor, we are fully engaged throughout the entire process. From underwriting, origination, due-diligence and negotiation through closing, we provide guidance, assistance and our expertise in order to facilitate a successful transaction.
