Ted Sidel

EagleBridge Capital was founded in 2000 by Ted M. Sidel.
Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Sidel was employed by Spectrum Financial Corporation, one of New England’s oldest commercial mortgage financing firms. Throughout his career, he has financed all types of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial buildings, corporate-headquarters buildings and special-use properties.
Mr. Sidel is a graduate of Union College, NY where he received a BA in Economics and played 4 years of Lacrosse, serving as Captain his Senior year. He received a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from Boston University and holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). Mr. Sidel is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Sidel enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing and occasionally lacing up the skates for some old time hockey with his friends.
