Brian Walsh

Sr. Director

Mr.Walsh is Vice President of EagleBridge Capital’s Fairfield, CT office where he is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and placement of debt and equity financing for all types of income-producing properties. Brian is also responsible for developing and maintaining investor and real estate owner relationships.

Prior to joining EagleBridge Capital in 2017, Brian was Assistant Vice President of Client Underwriting at Bank of America where he was responsible for underwriting in excess of $500 million of debt financing for higher-net-worth clients.

Brian is an active volunteer with the Coastal Fairfield County Habitat for Humanity and Special Olympics organizations. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Keene State College.  He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut and Westchester County.

Stan Sidel

Sr. Advisor

Mr. Sidel has over 40 years’ experience in structuring and arranging commercial mortgages for every type of property. In 1975, he founded and was President of Spectrum Financial Corporation, one of Boston’s most successful, privately held commercial mortgage banking firms which serviced over $500,000,000 worth of commercial mortgages for its correspondent lenders.

In 2001, the company merged with Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) and became the firm’s Boston’s regional office. Mr. Sidel served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at LMRES until 2003 when the company merged with Northmarq Capital where he was named Senior Vice President and Managing Director.

Mr. Sidel joined EagleBridge Capital in 2009 where he currently serves as Senior Advisor. Mr. Sidel is a graduate of Northeastern University where he holds BA and MBA degrees.

Ted Sidel

Founder & President

EagleBridge Capital was founded in 2000 by Ted M. Sidel.

Prior to forming the firm, Mr. Sidel was employed by Spectrum Financial Corporation, one of New England’s oldest commercial mortgage financing firms. Throughout his career, he has financed all types of commercial real estate including shopping centers, office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial buildings, corporate-headquarters buildings and special-use properties.

Mr. Sidel is a graduate of Union College, NY where he received a BA in Economics and played 4 years of Lacrosse, serving as Captain his Senior year. He received a Diploma in Real Estate Studies from Boston University and holds a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). Mr. Sidel is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.

Mr. Sidel enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing and occasionally lacing up the skates for some old time hockey with his friends.
