BOSTON, MA: EagleBridge Capital is pleased to announce that it has sold a Dollar General Anchored plaza located along River Street in Springfield, VT on behalf of its client. The sale price was $2,000,000.
The plaza was purchased by the seller in 2008 at which time they constructed a new Dollar General building. Other tenants include Pete’s Pharmacy and Sherwin Williams.
