Boston, MA: EagleBridge Capital is pleased to announce that it has arranged financing in the amount of $2,550,000 in two separate transactions for the acquisition of a 16 unit apartment building in Rumford, RI and a refinance of a 9 unit apartment building in Washington DC.
The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge President, Ted Sidel and Director Brian Walsh. Both loans were arranged with New England headquartered banks.
