Ted M. Sidel Founder & Managing Director

EagleBridge Capital was founded by Ted M. Sidel, former Associate
Director of Spectrum Financial Corporation (now Legg Mason Real Estate
Services).
In
2000, Mr. Sidel left Spectrum Financial Corporation and founded EagleBridge
Capital. During his tenure at Spectrum Financial Corp., New England's oldest
independent commercial mortgage banking firm, Mr. Sidel was responsible for the
origination, underwriting and closing of more than $150 million of commercial
real estate financing transactions. There, he established relationships with
leading developers and institutional lenders, focusing on various types of
commercial properties including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial
buildings, retail buildings and apartment buildings throughout New England.
Mr. Sidel is a
graduate of Union College, NY where he received a Bachelor's Degree in
Economics. He holds a diploma from Boston University's Real Estate Studies
program and received his Certificate in Real Estate Finance from the Greater
Boston Real Estate Board's Real Estate Finance Association (REFA). Mr. Sidel is
a licensed Massachusetts & Connecticut Real Estate
Broker.

Brian D. Sheehan Managing
Director |
Mr. Sheehan
joined the firm in 2004 and is responsible for loan origination, client
relations and corporate financial analysis.
Prior to joining EagleBridge Capital, Mr.
Sheehan was a Partner with The Cabildo, a boutique investment banking firm
focused on capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and business valuations
for small to mid-sized companies.
Mr. Sheehan has a BS in Finance from the
University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Masters of Science degree from
Simmons College. He earned certification as an Accredited Valuation Analyst
(AVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). In
addition, Mr. Sheehan serves as a member of the Simmons College Brand
Development Team, which focuses on strategic marketing and branding strategies
for the future development of Simmons College.

Andrew R. Klopfer Associate
Director |
Mr. Klopfer began working in real
estate in Boston and Nantucket Massachusetts with WND Capital Partners, LLC and
Hawthorne Ventures where he focused on raising capital for equity syndication,
evaluating markets and specific properties, leasing, and asset management.
At EagleBridge Capital, Mr.
Klopfer works with clients to identify and underwrite new projects, determine
alternative capital sources, and evaluate assets to discover means of adding
value.
Mr. Klopfer is a past Co-Chair and
current committee member of the SPARK of Hope run by Boston Medical Center to
support BMC pediatrics. Mr. Klopfer has also volunteered for Life is Good's
support of Project Joy for children.
Prior to working in real estate,
Mr. Klopfer spent time with the Boston Bruins Organization.
He is a graduate of Union College,
NY and Lawrence Academy of Groton, MA, and is currently pursuing a certificate
in Real Estate Finance.
