Mortgage Financing

Sale-Leaseback Financing

Sale-Leaseback financing is an efficient way for companies to unlock cash, that is "tied up" in corporate-owned real estate.

For most operating companies, owning real estate is not financially beneficial. In fact, it can be an impediment to growth. Sale-Leaseback financing is a simple solution which strengthens a company's balance sheet by providing an immediate infusion of real capital that can be used by the company in other areas.
